100 CLUB SHOW ON THE RADIO TONIGHT

We've just discovered that Keane's 100 Club show from last week will be live on Absolute Radio tonight from 7-8pm UK time. For more info - and to listen online wherever you are - click here to go to Absolute's website.

The thumping anthemic piano riffs of these East Sussex lads saw 2004 debut Hopes and Fears hit number 1 and scoop two Brit Awards. New album Perfect Symmetry features a reinvented 80s-infused sound, and wonderfully melodic, stick-in-your head pop tunes.

KEANE ON LATER... TONIGHT - TWICE!

This evening, Keane will be appearing on Later... Live with Jools Holland on BBC2 here in the UK at 10pm. They will also be on the full-legnth version of the show which follow tonight on BBC2 at 11.20pm. Click here for more info about the programme. The show will then be available to watch online on the BBC's iPlayer for seven days (but for UK viewers only).

ALBUM REACHES NUMBER ONE

It was announced this evening that Keane's third album, Perfect Symmetry, has entered the UK album chart at Number One. Big thanks to all of you who helped get it there.

UPDATE: This just in from the band...

We're completely over-the-moon that Perfect Symmetry has gone to Number One.

The last couple of years have been quite an adventure, and to end up with a third album that we're all fiercely proud of and that has been a total joy to make is a great feeling. To see that album now sitting at the top of the
charts is really amazing and the best thing we could possibly have wished for.

We'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your passionate and unwavering support over the years. It means a huge amount to us.
